Housekeeping
All money need to be finalised by Friday 27th...
Next time your in the store, please fill out and Emergency Contact form...(If you attended the 1st Retreat. we still have your details...Please let us know of any changes.... )
If you have any dietary needs, could you please let us know by next Friday...we need to get this to the venue by 5pm that day..

About the Retreat and what is included

Doors open at 3pm Friday and close 3pm Sunday

Includes:
All Meals starting with Fri dinner thru to Sunday afternoon Tea Accommodation --
Dorm style - most will have single rooms, unless your want to room with friends

Theme - Comfy Pajama week-end

Fun Scrap Pack
Class Kit & Sketch Challenge Pack
Fun giveaways, games and prizes throughout the week-end
Theme Night - Saturday night......Dress up Pj night......fun Pj's, rollers in the hair, fluffy slippers...you can have fun with this....

Extra classes will be available over the week-end (cost extra)

What to bring
PJ's
Bedding - pillow, sheets, blankets. (small heater to heat room if you like)
Toiletries

As we get closer I will let you all know what tools will be needed for group class.

For those who are attending their first Retreat....when packing your craft goodies, just think your going to a friends for the week-end to scrapbook/cards.....when you think you've packed everything, pack a little more....
With the smaller numbers at this retreat, we will have extra room for cricut machines and any other machines you want to bring with you....please bring extension cord just in case....
Please name all your tools.....if anything gets left behind, we would like to return it to the correct owner.....

Accommodation:
The venue is two storey....All meals and most accommodation is on the upper floor....
For those who are not fond of stairs, there are room downstairs if you like...please let me know your preference.....we have one room connecting to the Scrap Room if anybody is wanting to stay there...but please note that is room has 8-10 beds (bunks) so you may have company.....
